Who are you?
Meet My Florist is a printing business mainly focused on offering customized products to florists. All of our designs are made by our own artists and photographers so we hope we can offer a unique products and designs that can't be found elsewhere.
I'm not a florist. Can I still order your products?
Of course! Our products are available to anyone to order. We can still customize them for you if you like.
What products do you offer on your website?
We currently offer personalized enclosure cards, care tags, folding butterfly cards, folding enclosure cards and point of sale forms. We will be expanding our line and offering new products periodically.
How do I know what my personalized products will look like?
To get a free digital sample of any of our products, click Get Your FREE Digital Proof and fill out the online form. We will send you a digital sample of what the back of any enclosure cards you order will look like. If you want to see a sample of a different product, please note that in the form. You will be able to make any changes you want before you decide to order.
What is the small image next to my store information on the digital proof and why did you send me different ones? Do I have to pick one?
To add a uniqueness to our enclosure line, we decided to add a small bit of imagery on the back of the cards next to your store's information. The image changes depending on the sentiment and design (Roses on love cards, White Lilies/Carnations on sympathy, etc.).
When you browse the cards on our website you can see an example in the photos of the image on the back. We include several just to give you an idea of how they will look with different sentiments.
You do not have to pick one yourself.

Can I pick just one image to go on the back of the card if I don't want them to change?
Certainly, many customers want a single image as it aligns with their branding. The small Rose is very popular but if you want a specific image next to the shop information just let us know. We could add any available image and you can also send us your own logo or image instead.
I received a digital proof and am happy how the products will look. How do I make sure my order will be customized?
After you place your order, we will match up your email and shop information to any stores we have on file. You can also add an order note saying you have approved a customization so we know to look for you.
How much extra does customization cost?
Customization is included in the cost of our products! You will not be charged anything extra.
I just want to purchase the items with no customization or extra text. Can I order non-customized products?
Absolutely. Just add an order note when placing your order that you do not want any customization and we will happily send them out that way. Cards will have blank backs.
What information can I put on your products?
As a standard we send proofs out with your shop's name, website and phone number. You are welcome to request any other information you want to be printed on the products (ex. store address, slogan). Let us know what you would like when you fill out the customization form. You can even upload your store's logo!
Can I put my store's name and information on the front of the enclosure cards?
Not at this time. This would require us to remake every design you order as text would have to go in different areas of the card depending on the design. Right now we only offer customization of the backs of the enclosure cards.
Do you sell or include envelopes for the cards?
We do not currently sell or include envelopes. We only sell what we can print or customize and do not yet have the means to offer envelopes.
We hope to offer envelopes for sale before the end of the year!
You don't offer the Point of Sale Form for the service that I need. Can you make a custom one for me?
The only Point of Sale forms we can offer are what is available on our website. We are working to expand the types of forms we offer. If you are interested in a specific type of form please let us know in our contact form so we know that there is an interest for a specific form.
Can I call and place an order over the phone?
All orders must be place via our website. If you are having trouble placing an order, please reach out via the contact form and we'll try and help you as soon as possible.
How fast can you ship?
We try and have your order printed and ready to ship within one week of ordering. Order processing can take longer if we are trying to reach you for proof approval or order questions. We try not to print until we know you're getting what you want, so keep an eye on your emails!
