First off, we're so glad you found us!  Here's a brief overview of how to order customized products through Meet My Florist!

If you want to get an idea of how your products will look before ordering?

Click the Get Your FREE Digital Proof link in the menu.  From there you can use our handy tool to instantly see your shop information and logo on various products. You can even download a sample! You can also click the link on the page to request that we make your proofs for you.  We're always happy to do so, just give us a day or so to receive your custom proofs.

When you're ready to order, just add the items you want to your cart and checkout.  You don't need to provide any further customization information; we'll match up your designs to your shop! We'll always finalize your designs with you before we print.

Want to order your products first and then see how they will be customized?

We never print anything until we know that you want customized products and will be happy with the result.  Once you place your order, we'll check to see if we've already made approved designs for you.  Otherwise, we will reach out with samples or a request for shop information. Only after we know everything looks the way you want will we get things printed.

Want our products without any customization?

While customization is included in the price, you can order any of our products without customization.  Just order like normal and add a note at checkout indicating "No Customization."  We'll send everything blank.  Please Note:  All items, with or without imprinting, are made to order and do not necessarily ship any faster than customized products.

Happy with a previous order and want customized products again?

We save all information, logos, and product designs to make re-ordering simple! Just order the items you want and we'll match up your designs from before.  No need to request a new sample! If you want a different design you are welcome to request a new sample or send us an email at info@meetmyflorist.com.
